Check bandwidth speed
You will need a minimum constant connection of at least 1Mbps. For HD video you will require a minimum of 2.5Mbps. You should also check that your connection is not being shared with others that may be uploading and downloading files which could affect your bandwidth.
Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents. Visit http://www.speedtest.net. This will test your download speed, the results should show a minimum of 1mbps to view at the lowest quality.
